Is WikiMica completely free?+
Yes. All tools are completely free with no restrictions. There is no paid version or locked features.
Are my calculations sent to any server?+
No. All calculations run directly in your browser. The only data that leaves your device are requests to PubChem to get compound images and names, and the usage data collected by Google Analytics if you have accepted cookies.
Why does the balancer not work with my equation?+
The balancer requires formulas with correct nomenclature: primera letra del símbolo en mayúscula, segunda en minúscula (ej:
Fe, no fe ni FE). Currently does not support charged ions ({3+}), physical states ((aq)) or user-written coefficients. Check the "How to write the equation?" section dentro del balanceador.What educational level is WikiMica for?+

Can I use WikiMica without an internet connection?+
Partially. Calculations work without internet once the page is loaded. Molecular structure images (PubChem) and typefaces (Google Fonts) require a connection.

How long does WikiMica take to respond to messages?+
We aim to respond within 2 to 5 business days. For personal data rights inquiries (Law 1581) the maximum period is 10 business days.
